To qualify, applicants must be at or below the 60% Area Median Income for Morris County:
For a 1 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $48,300
For a 2 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $55,200
For a 3 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $62,100
For a 4 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $69,000
For a 5 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $74,520
For a 6 Person Household the Maximum Annual Income is $80,040

Note: Maximum Occupancy for a 1-bedroom is 2 persons.  Maximum Occupancy for a 2-bedroom is 4 persons. Maximum Occupancy for a 3-bedroom is 6 persons.

Additional Requirement: Household monthly gross income must be a minimum of 2 times the monthly rent.  

Water, sewer and trash are included in rent.  Residents are responsible for gas and electric.
